Customer service isn't very good, they definitely need to work harder to keep the customer happy. They take too long to make decisions, and I've had issues in the past where they have sided with the seller and not myself as a buyer, even after ive showed them evidence of the buyer being at fault. I've been using PayPal for years

I've been using PayPal for years now, generally without issue. 99% of the time. If I've had an issue its been resolved, unfortunately that 1% of the time it has taken weeks to sort out. Thankfully this has only been an issue once. Reviewed on: 7th April 2026
