I've been using PayPal for 10+ years, it's quick and easy when shopping online and secure. I have had to contact customer services on occasion, I felt anxious about it with them being a global company, thinking I might be fobbed off, how wrong I was - I contacted them via telephone. They were friendly and understanding, the issue was acknowledged and dealt with straightaway. No fuss and immediately I felt relieved and happy to use their service. Also, they are paired with Klana so I can spread the cost of paying for products. Reviewed on: 8th July 2026

Secure way to make payments

I have used PayPal for many years to make online payments because I trust the brand and the service, it feels secure. I contacted customer service last year and the problem was resolved straight away. The person I spoke to was friendly so it put me at ease. Reviewed on: 8th April 2026
