UTB are one of THE best to bank with

UTB are one of THE best to bank with. Rates are excellent, communication good, customer service outstanding - can actually speak to a human if need to, without ages listening to musak - complimented by full online facilities. Easy to reinvest a bond or ISA, or open a new one. Any problem, sorted quickly. Highly recommend UTB to friends. Other banks could learn a lot from UTB's approach to business and customer experience and customer tlc. Reviewed on: 8th April 2026
