Mortgage Worry

Applied for a mortgage two months ago. KR request a continued stream of documentation - most of which they already have. Lots of false promises as we keep being told there will be a decision on our mortgage by the 'end of the week' - this is the fourth week now! Our vendors are becoming restless and looks like we may lose out on buying this house. Surely it cannot take this long - I'd rather have been turned down at the start so we could explore options as a new application will set us back, Please avoid this company.
