Effortless reliability

I have been banking with First Direct for at least 20years now and I've never been tempted to take my business elsewhere. If I've ever wanted a loan or an overdraft it's been dealt with over the phone in record time. The customer service team are polite & helpful. The online banking is simple. I can manage most things myself with very little effort. The most wonderful thing is that they don't hassle me by trying to sell me every other service they offer, as a result of which, I always consider them. For me, they set the standard for online banking & they just get better. Reviewed on: 12th February 2017
