My experience with Lloyds isn't a happy one without going in to detail, since the split frim the TSB the customer service had got awful so much so I have now changed my account. I absolutely hate having to call them up because the people on the phone can't understand me and vice versa the connection isn't very good either. In branch the staff are unhelpful and don't seem to know what there doing I always end up having to speak to a manager and the service is always slow. Reviewed on: 12th February 2017
