I haven't needed to use customer service so unable to score properly. the app is easy to use, keep you informed with what's going on, easy to navigate round the app, everyone would like a higher % but at present its one of the top ones. I do think that rewarding your existing customers with a higher interest rate rather than "new money" which you are advertising now would keep your customers with you rather than looking round for a better rate, this is my ISA I am talking about.
