Tailor made loans and customer focused

I needed to borrow some money due to urgent house repairs and found them via the Experian app and after I enquired was contacted by someone in the Coventry branch. Thus begun a very one to one consultation as to what my needs were, how they could help me, what could I afford and what my outgoings were and what I found was that the main thing for them was that the customer was happy with the final outcome and what they could change and the welcoming pack was very detailed and well presented. The service I received made me feel like it was a friend that I was borrowing from and even after I had my loan for a few months, they would reach out to me to ensure that I was happy, I had no issues, did I need extra money for anything else, but also very honest and open and this too me was the best experience ever of taking a loan out and I am glad I went to them rather than the bank.
