Aviva - avoiding supporting customers whenever possible. They will take any and every opportunity to delay, confuse, blame historic and anatomically-unrelated health conditions to avoid having to pay out. You have to fight, chase and waste your own time to try and get something that they are contractually obligated to supply. I am taking them to the small claims court as a result. Avoid!
