Very helpful, informal customer support teams help you pay back loans early, on time or late (so long as you contact them in advance). And their app and website UI, company name, advertising and branding expresses how accessible and customer-centric the whole service is. In the modern world of borrowing, renting, sharing, and freelancing, this is the kind of service we'd like to see more of from the financial sector.
