My Banking Preference for everything!

The app and website are clear, with a well laid out dashboard, making it easy to access features like putting a hold on a card, or contacting customer services, who resolved a payment dispute with a third party immaculately. The options for making purchases are brilliant, with Pay-in-3, and 0% over 4 months for purchases over £100. With the introduction of credit and debit cards PayPal have gone from a simple way to buy on eBay to my go to banking preference for everything. Reviewed on: 29th May 2026

Options for making payments are first class

Options for making payments are brilliant, especially at 0% with Pay in 3 or PayPal Credit offers over 4 months. I have had to use customer services due to a 3rd party retailer issue, and it was resolved faultlessly. I was genuinely surprised how efficient using PayPal has been and I’m extremely difficult to please. I rarely recommend services as you take a little responsibility if things go badly, but I wouldn’t hesitate recommending PayPal to anyone. Top marks. Reviewed on: 10th April 2026
