I insured my car with them in 2014. Everything was fine until I've decided to sell my car and cancel my policy. I renewed my policy in November 2016, total premium was £1600 for a full year. In February 2017 I've decided to sell my car so I phone up to cancel my policy. People in customer service gave me 4 different prices to cancel my policy in 2 days! First they said £312, than £360. 2 days after it was £560 and £486.16. Obviously someony is making the prices up if nobody is able to provide me with correct answer. I've spoke to manager called Gary, not helpful at all, raising his voice, speaking over me. I' ve asked him to check my previous phone calls and see what prices I was given but he basically told me that he doesn't need to as the last price they gave me is correct! Very upsetting. I'm 5 months pregnant and getting stressed while dealing with these people in such a bad way is the last thing I need. I am currently trying to resolve this matter with financial ombudsman as £500 for cancelling your insurance policy is way too much. !!!Avoid them and read other reviews online before choosing them!!!
