Review of the Barclays, Cash ISA:

I have had a cash isa with Barclays for a year, and...

I have had a cash isa with Barclays for a year, and even before maturity I have put in a request to transfer it to a different provider. Barclays informed the new provider that only at maturity the cash isa could be transferred, which is acceptable. Maturity was the 25th of march, and since then when i called Barclays they first told me transfer would go through on the 30th of march, then they told me that the new provider did not submit the request. The new provider is telling me instead that Barclays told them my address did not match... (my address at Barclays is flat c etc... while in the other account it is number and then the C...). I have updated the address but transfer is not done yet. It is my cash and it feels like it is being withold with no reason by Barclays, and every time I call I am told something different.
