I was a bit skeptical at first, but Abound was actually a breeze to deal with. The whole thing is online and didn't take forever to fill out. I really liked that they used open banking to look at my actual budget instead of just obsessed over an old-school credit score—it felt much more fair. The approval came through way faster than I expected, and the money hit my account almost immediately. If you're tired of jumping through hoops with big banks, definitely give these guys a look.
