Really good.... But difficult to speak to someone

just difficult to get answers and speak to someone when you need some help or advice and have to send messages wait doe messages. Can get really frustrating and leaves you feeling a but dejected and not appreciated as an individual customer. Reviewed on: 7th July 2026
