Horrific experience AVOID

We were a pilot for Atom bank mortgages via our broker. It started off very well, but progressively got worse to the point that 10 days before the completion date , the app would not let me sign the terms and conditions. We were abroad and Atom bank did not reply to any emails, as not only were they having app problems, but apparently their emails were not working either. It totally ruined our few days away whilst we were going a simple remortgage , as Atom did not liaise with u... Reviewed on: 27th February 2017
