The process of applying was incredibly easily and the customer service when I was experiencing financial difficulties was second to none. Even though it was all online it very much had a personal feel and felt tailored to my requirements. Prompt and professional at all times and very easily navigateable website. I had a much better experience with Abound that with I ever had with my high street banks. I would highly recommend Abound. Information is relevant and not exhaustive.
