High interest, slightly opaque info but good overall

Used in an emergency, the interest rates are fairly high all things considered which is my main issue but I had no choice under my circumstances. Website is easy to use, making earlier repayments and one off payments is very easy, although how this affects interest rates is very opaque and not very well explained, I paid off my loan nearly 3 years early and genuinely don't know how much I treat I saved if any doing that!
