Trust paypal

I always use paypal for purchases from companies I am unsure of, for safety reasons. I purchased some articles which when I received them, turned out to be not as advertised . I sent a complaint, to the company, via paypal with a photo and PayPal recognised the discrepancy and returned my money. Reviewed on: 9th July 2026

Product misrepresentation.

I had a problem with a product that had been misrepresented. I informed PayPal, with photos of said product and what had been delivered. PayPal did not hesitate in refunding my money. Without an problem. I am very happy about the out come. Reviewed on: 21st June 2026
