UTB approach is flexible and kind

I found UTB to be flexible and v willing to help resolve problems that had been created by a previous provider, not them. There communication in response to queries is swift, clear and helpful. The access to a real person giving real answers and able to take action and keep you updated is something I've not experienced before with any financial provider. Reviewed on: 14th April 2026
