When not to cut out the middle man

I use PayPal for as many transactions as I can. I’m a pensioner and money is tight. I can spread my payments with the knowledge that I’m being looked after. For once at least bringing in a middleman rather than cutting it out provides me a comfortable cushion from the ever present internet crooks. Reviewed on: 17th June 2026
