Clockwise provided me with two substantial loans when I was unable to get credit from any other reputable lender due to my credit score being almost zero! The underwriters listened to my situation and offered me loans when my only other option would have been to use unregulated lending - i.e ‘loan sharks’. Clockwise were kind and empathetic all through the process and by offering me loans at competitive rates, that allowed me to address other credit commitments which had previously dragged my credit score down whilst also leaving me able to meet my day-to-day living costs. I have nothing but utter respect for how Clockwise addressed my circumstances and I’m grateful they chose to adopt a more customer orientated approach rather than a ‘computer says no’ way of working.
