Avoid like the plague

Avoid like the plague! Day 5 still no documents! They take extra premiums from your bank account with no warning then try to say they e mailed you when they havent ( checked junk etc) they then tell you there will be no charge if you send proof of none fault accident then after you do this they still charge you! Shocking rude customer service and if you try to cancel they want £50 despite the fact they have not sent you any documents!! Never have i experienced such shocking service in 27 years of driving!
