I missed a payment dur to some financial issues

I missed a payment dur to some financial issues, I was contacted and I explained the situation and when I could make payment which was within the month, 18 days late, and was basically thretened that they would log this and it would affect my credid rating, also they said the payment would be processed automatically on the day I agreed but it didnt and I was then called again asking why I had not met the payment terms, I explained and made the payment there and then but was a very negative experience Reviewed on: 15th April 2026
