I've been using PayPal for a long time.

I've been using PayPal for a long time, and it's consistently been one of the easiest and most reliable ways to send and receive money. Transactions are fast, simple, and I appreciate how straightforward the app and website are to use. One of the biggest positives for me is that it's easy to speak to a real person when you need help. Good customer support can make a huge difference, and I've found it reassuring that I can get in touch with someone without too much hassle. The newer PayPal Debit Card and PayPal Credit Card have been a real game changer. They make it much more convenient to use my PayPal balance for everyday purchases, and I like the added flexibility they provide. Another feature I really enjoy is the ability to earn points through PayPal, which adds extra value to purchases I was already going to make. Overall, PayPal is fast, convenient, and packed with useful features. While no service is perfect, my experience has been overwhelmingly positive, and I'd happily recommend it to anyone looking for a secure and easy way to manage payments. Reviewed on: 2nd July 2026

positive experience with PayPal overall

I’ve had a really positive experience with PayPal overall. The new points system is a great addition—it actually encourages me to use it more often, which says a lot. Customer service has also been excellent; I’m always able to speak to a real person, and they’re consistently helpful and easy to deal with. On top of that, the PayPal Credit option with 4 months interest-free is a fantastic feature and really useful for managing larger purchases. Overall, a reliable and rewarding service.
