Review of the Healthy Pets, Pet Insurance:

DO NOT RECOMMEND!

DO NOT RECOMMEND DO NOT RECOMMEND! Claim process is complicated and very lengthy-also, in our experience, often challenged. But most importantly, total disregard for our loyalty as customers of 13 yrs +!!! Insurance premium for our pet has been increased out of nowhere by a whopping 50% year on year :( citing generic costs increases. Heartbreaking that an older pet which obviously is more likely to be in need of medical attention get penalized in this way. Think carefully before putting the health of your beloved pet in Healthy Pets hands - they are very happy to take your money when the pet is young and healthy but very quick to radically increase the premium when your pet might need it the most, knowing you have no other choice than staying with them. Literally heartbreaking to think that we might not even be able to afford medical insurance anymore. Thank you Healthy Pets!! Reviewed on: 15th April 2026
