Excellent Service

I recently applied for a credit card with Nationwide as I wanted to improve my credit rating. I went into my local branch and was able to speak to someone straight away and apply for the card. The rates and terms were all explained well and he also helped me to set up paying off my outstanding balance at the end of the month so I would not have to pay any interest. Great current account

I have had a nationwide account for many years and have always been impressed with the service. I have had to contact customer services twice recently - once after losing my card, and once after a company charged me twice for a purchase - and I have been pleasantly surprised both times by the customer service provided.
