Prompt service but cost of service very high.

The process was thorough and diligent, it could have taken less time as the bank uses all agencies to verify the client status so a lot of the work and client history is readily available. I was also pre approved for a lower interest rate loan but they ended up charging me higher interest rate which will make the overall cost of loan much higher than what they advertised for- which was a bit dishonest. The monthly repayment at the pre approved stage was £200 but the final monthly repayment amount turned out to be £293 - which is a lot more when spread over 5 years. That was not very transparent and fair- unfortunately as I had an emergency, I had no choice than to accept what they were willing to give me. Otherwise, I was grateful for their service.
