Friendly, empathic... but slow!

Everyone I dealt with was friendly and empathic after my bike (and myself!) suffered damage. I had to chase the claim and when I did it seems their processes hadn't (twice) worked which meant my details hadn't been logged as they should. Bit of a pain but they did process my claim quickly as soon as it was logged. Reviewed on: 8th July 2019
