Easy to use, but support could be clearer

I have used PayPal Credit and overall it has been straightforward and convenient, especially when making larger purchases and wanting to spread the cost. The application and checkout process are easy to understand, and it is useful that everything is linked through PayPal. The main thing I would improve is the clarity around repayments, interest, and customer support. Sometimes the information could be explained more clearly so customers know exactly what they are agreeing to and what the costs may be if payments are not made within the promotional period. Overall, it is a useful service when used carefully and responsibly, but I would recommend anyone using it to read the terms properly and make sure they understand the repayment dates Reviewed on: 7th July 2026
