If I could leave zero on the star rating I would.

If I could leave zero on the star rating I would. Over a year of hell, and they still can't answer a question correctly, the staff are either illiterate or they're using AI. Our dog slipped through legs and bite someone, an excitiable puppy. We have been sued. We had taken liability with this company and they have taken over a year to say no. The dog is in my name and the policy is in my sons. Everyone in the house needs to take their own insurance out for a family pet according to NOT SO PERFECT PETS Reviewed on: 9th October 2026
