Overall, I am generally very satisfied with PayPal, especially with the credit system, which I find convenient and helpful. It has made managing payments much easier for me. However, there are a couple of areas where I believe the experience could be improved. One challenge is understanding how repayments are applied. The system currently deducts from the oldest credit first, rather than allowing customers to choose which credit balance they would like to close. Having more flexibility or clearer communication around this process would be very beneficial. In addition, I have noticed that customer service does not feel as responsive or supportive as it was in the past. I appreciate that demand may be high, but maintaining the strong service quality that PayPal was previously known for would make a big difference to customer satisfaction.
