My experience with PayPal customer service.

I had an issue with a payment card/account that I had closed therefore I was behind with my payments. The person I spoke to was extremely helpful and assured me that all would be fine once I updated my details. She advised me how to go online into my account and delete my old bank account details. I found her to be very helpful and knowledgeable. Reviewed on: 16th April 2026
