A very good new-age bank.

Kroo does best what we expect from a new-age bank. Thge ones I find good are seamless account opening, ease of use of the app, good customer support. The areas for improvement are - more quicker responses, more core banking support like Bank Giro credit(premium bonds use this) and competitive interest rates on Cash ISA.
