An ethical bank providing excellent customer service

I am delighted to have a bank which invests in a way which supports my principles of sustainability and environmental awareness. I have always found the customer service to be excellent - a swift response to phone calls and speaking to a real person resulting in a resolution of the problem. I am about to open a Cash ISA account with Triodos, indicating my commitment to their banking services. Reviewed on: 16th April 2026
