My overall experience has been very successful with money wellness. They really helped me with my debt issues and gave my good advice and talked me through the process of DOR. and what to expect in regards to possible outcomes given my situation. They also checked and resolved anything I didn’t recognise on my DOR. I sent them a txt with all my exact account card numbers and a very kind member of staff copied all the account numbers onto the DOR form so they would be no mistakes., this is because I wasn’t recognising some of the account numbers the credit report agency was providing.. This was important to me because it was causing confusion for me. They were really great with their help and support. Reviewed on: 16th April 2026
