Took out a loan to cover essential car repairs. Shortly after lost my main employment and panicked. Oakbrook were brilliant at giving me a payment break and reducing my payment plan. I got back into full time work quickly and made an early repayment to clear the debt. Reviewed on: 16th April 2026
