Seamless experience since I opened account with Kroo.

Seamless experience since I opened account with Kroo. My bank card was cloned and unauthorised purchases were made. Kroo acted really quickly and all bar one payments were blocked. They refunded the money that was lost within 48 hours (which they weren't legally required), and provided exceptionally good customer service, despite being an e bank. The interest payments per month are a nice little bonus and pays for my mobile phone contract! Can't recommend Kroo highly enough Reviewed on: 17th April 2026
