my experience has been a mix of positives and frustrations. On the plus side, the application process was straightforward, and I found the app relatively easy to use. Payments and account tracking are simple, and transactions show up quickly, which makes it convenient to manage spending. However, there are a few areas where the service could be improved. Customer support has been inconsistent in my experience, with response times sometimes slower than expected. I also found certain features in the app a bit limited compared to other credit providers. Overall, Jaja Finance works well for basic credit card use, but there’s definitely room for improvement—especially when it comes to support and additional features. Reviewed on: 17th April 2026
