I hope their customer service is better

Once I needed my overdraft to be extended from £100 to £200 (just for a month). I was receiving my monthly pay in the bank and it was an emergency. As I gave roughly the numbers on the phone (I usually rounded them up way more to be on the safe side), the man said they could not help me, I told him I rounded the numbers more than they are, and asked to do it again and I will check the correct numbers and he said it wasn't possible. I did the same on Lloyds bank app and it worked so0 I decided to receive my monthly payment back on Lloyds and to use Triodos as a side bank for very small transaction only because I like the sustainable side of it. I hope and think they have improved their customer service now, my experience was so disappointes that I felt I couldn't trust them to support me when I needed them. Reviewed on: 17th April 2026
