I am very disappointed with the transfer process. I was forced to send a £100 test payment first before I could transfer a larger sum. Even then, my daily limit is restricted to £13,000, which is much lower than the standard £25,000 offered by other banks. I tried to use the "Large Payment Request" feature, but it didn't work. To make matters worse, the customer service was unhelpful and couldn't resolve the issue. I ended up having to split my transfer over two days. Not user-friendly at all. Reviewed on: 17th April 2026
