A great all round service

Kroo offers a comprehensive set of banking services all easily accessed through a multifunctional and easy to use banking app. It has all the security features I need to feel reassured that my money is in safe hands yet the user interface makes navigation and execution of banking tasks easy and obvious. I especially love the ability to carve my bank balance into pots so that I can save for specific items. The interest offered on both current and saving accounts rates, while not at the top the league tables, is still decent. The ease of access to my ISA savings is a big bonus. In terms of customer service I had occasion to contact the team in an emergency when I needed to make a banking transaction but had become detached from the device that had my app. The service personnel were able to help and get me to where I needed to be with the urgent transaction that I needed to make. One suggestion would be for the app to be available on more than one device at a time. Reviewed on: 17th April 2026
