Terrible customer service for cancellation

Had no problems with the company during my policy other than a price hike when we moved to a busy area, but when I tried to cancel my policy they tried to charge me £57. I wasn't very impressed, especially as I had a week left before my next payment so had to make a formal complaint. Reviewed on: 13th July 2019
