Extremely lengthy, 3 calls I think of 40-60 mins. so long and difficult that I was credited with small sums of compensation.The first contact resulted in incorrect listing of some items to be taken out of house. Not convinced that the person fully understood what I had said. transcripts are available. One call was disconnected somehow, and I had to initiate the continuation finding that I had to start all over again. Reviewed on: 17th April 2026
