I don’t usually leave reviews but the service we’ve had has been superb. Usually insurance companies quibble and try to wriggle out of making payments but not lifetime pet cover- even receipts sent in quite some time after they should have been were paid. When I renewed insurance for our terrier and took out insurance for a new puppy there was a link for a tracker which to be honest I ignored thinking I’d never use it. Several months down the line the terrier puppy kept going missing - a quick call to lifetime pet cover and they resent the link so I could claim the trackers- really didn’t need to but great customer service- thank you.
