Not part of the Current Account Switch Service (CASS). In addition, keep encountering multiple account/card freezes for attempting perfectly legitimate transactions, I.e. topping up a Debit card with relatively low amounts, (typically £50 to £100). My customer complaints for this are constantly dismissed with no attempt to address the repeating issue. This is extremely annoying and would warrant an investigation as to how the AI based algorithm could be improved to 'self-learn' in order to reduce the liklihood of such triggers. This would significantly improve my user experience and customer satisfaction. Reviewed on: 18th April 2026
