Failed to pay up

After an emergency out of hours operation for eating a plastic bottle in the house LPC did as much digging with our vet as possible to determine that our claim was anxiety related and as such was a pre existing condition as my wife had previously mentioned this to the vet before the incident. As usual these companies do their level best to get out of paying up. £2000 emergency vet bill- great!!! Reviewed on: 17th July 2019
