First class service

Lifetime Pet Cover’s insurance underwriters went bust in the middle of a major claim that I was making for my springer spaniel who had developed cherry eye and needed specialist treatment. Life Pet Cover did not miss a beat and even though it took a few weeks longer than it might have to process the claim they paid out the full proceeds and were extremely helpful whenever I called to check on progress. You hear such awful stories about pet insurance. I have nothing but praise for Lifetime Pet Cover and would recommend them in a heartbeat. Lesley Hawkins Reviewed on: 17th July 2019
