Security risk and terrible customer service

Halifax sent my credit card to the wrong address, somehow their system managed to change my address, obviously a huge security risk. To make matters worse their customer services were terrible. They didn't sort the problem but instead sent another card to the wrong address! Unbelievable. Stay away from this bank if you don't want to be a victim of identity fraud.
