Review of the Lifetime Pet Cover, Pet insurance:

Absolutely fantastic Company

Unfortunately, we needed to make 2 claims, for our puppy, in the first year of our insurance with lifetime pet cover. In both instances I phoned to ask for a claim form and by the time I had put the phone down and checked my email, the claim form was there for me to print off and take to the vets. I only needed to pay my excess to the vets, the balance of the treatments were taken care of by LPC who paid directly to the vets. The staff are friendly and helpful and although our premium increased for the 2nd years insurance, we decided to stay with LPC as their service is 100%.
